Job Summary
Order Coordinator responsible for reviewing orders for accuracy, entering sales orders into the ERP system, placing vendor orders, computing prices, shipping costs, and discounts; handling inbound calls from customers, vendors, and sales personnel; providing sales quotes; determining order timing for timely delivery; updating customer information; credit checks on customer accounts; informing customers or sales team of shipping dates and any delays; electronically filing orders; adhering to productivity standards; and delivering strong customer service daily. Qualified candidates should be detailed oriented, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Drive, and Gmail, able to multi-task while using phone and computer, possess basic mathematical computation skills, and be able to sit for extended periods. Preferred experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP and Salesforce or similar CRM.
Required Qualifications
- associate’s degree (minimum)
- experience in customer service/order coordination/scheduling
