Job Summary
Receive and review order packs from Sales and Design teams for completeness and accuracy, then enter customer orders into the ERP system while verifying pricing, product specifications, and lead times. Create purchase orders for vendors, monitor fulfillment progress, and obtain acknowledgements to serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external suppliers. Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse personnel and field operations, track shipments to ensure materials arrive on project timelines, and assist in expediting critical orders. Maintain organized documentation, monitor workflow efficiency, and provide timely updates on order status and delivery changes to all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in order management, purchasing, project coordination, customer service, or supply chain operations
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience in the Cabinet/Kitchen & Bath Industry
- Knowledge and experience with BisTrack software
- Experience coordinating vendor relationships and purchase orders
- Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and project-based order fulfillment
- Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, architectural products, or related industries
