Job Summary
Part-time Order Center Associate responsible for assisting customers with placing incoming orders, aiding florists with orders in the system, answering calls about products, events, workshops, and deliveries, handling customer comments and complaints, and maintaining accurate data entry. Must have strong customer service, data entry, and computer skills, professional phone manner, and effective selling abilities. Availability includes Sundays through Saturdays with weekend rotation and 2+ weekdays and 1 weekend day preferred. Benefits include 401(k), wellness, EAP, and PTO. Located in Minneapolis, MN.
