Job Summary
Build customer orders by pulling products from the warehousing area and preparing them for shipment using assigned tickets. Stage and load product according to company standards while moving items throughout the warehouse manually or with equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Count and inspect inventory to resolve discrepancies and minimize damage, ensuring all safety procedures and clean work area protocols are followed. Maintain a positive team attitude and adapt to varying situations in this safety-sensitive warehouse environment. Work Monday through Friday in unregulated temperatures, with flexible scheduling including evening shifts and occasional weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to read and follow directions and work orders
- Ability to follow all safety requirements/protocols
- Good team-player
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to varying situations
- Positive, helpful attitude
- Must have the ability to build orders at a minimum case count of 120 per hour
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 55 lbs
