Job Summary
As an A&P Licensed Maintenance Technician, you will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, including engines and landing gear, while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems, repairing or replacing parts, and documenting maintenance activities accurately. You will collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers, ensuring efficient aircraft operations. Qualified candidates must have an FAA Airframe and Power plant license, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible shifts. GoJet Airlines offers competitive pay between $26.71/hr and $49.20/hr, with sign-on and relocation bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airframe and Power plant license
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Valid driver‘s license
- Proficient in English (read and converse)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work platforms
- Ability to kneel, bend, and sit
- Must be able to provide own tools
- DOT required pre-employment drug test
- TSA required fingerprint check for Criminal History Records Check
- Ability to work any shift
