Job Summary
Take guests’ food & beverage orders, provide courteous and efficient service, and perform closing reconciliation of payments. Maintain cleanliness and knowledge of menu, wine list, and liquor regulations; apply suggestive selling techniques; manage check settlements and tipping procedures; assist in opening/closing side duties; guide bus staff to ensure optimal service; respond to guest requests and resolve concerns; maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to hotel standards and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year prior experience as a Restaurant Server in a comparable environment required
- Prior culinary and guest relations training preferred
