Job Summary
Orchestra Teacher at BASIS Ahwatukee for the 2026/2027 school year. Prepare and facilitate subject-specific lesson plans and provide high-level instruction aligned with the BASIS Curriculum. Collaborate with BASIS Curriculum teachers to develop curriculum, tutor students to enhance academic trajectory, manage student behavior to foster achievement and responsibility, support non-instructional functions (Early Bird, Late Bird, lunch), maintain regular attendance, supervise students, and contribute to BASIS Ed's collaborative educational community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree from an accredited college or university in subject matter (or 24+ credit hours in applicable subject matter with other degree)
- Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
