Job Summary
Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces across web, email, display, and social; develop high-fidelity designs and design systems; mentor junior designers; lead client interactions; ensure accessibility (WCAG) and collaboration with strategy, UX, development, and copywriting teams; participate in Agile sprint planning and deliver polished UI solutions aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives in Sydney with a hybrid work arrangement.
Desired Qualifications
- 5–7 years’ experience in a UI or digital design role
- excellent portfolio
- proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
- prototyping and interaction tools (Framer, Principle, InVision, After Effects)
- experience with brand guidelines, design systems, and component libraries
- knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
- strong communication and client-facing skills
- experience with design token systems and developer handoff
- ability to work in Agile environments
