Job Summary
Lead and coordinate daily orchard operations to maximize efficiency and quality outcomes while implementing husbandry programmes as directed by the Orchard Manager. Supervise, motivate, and develop orchard staff to foster a high-performing team culture, ensuring all activities comply with relevant legislation and championing a strong health and safety culture. Monitor orchard performance to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This role requires proven experience in large-scale horticulture, machine operation, and pest control knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in large-scale horticulture and orchard operations
- Confident in coaching and supervising team members
