Job Summary
Perform orbital TIG welding on high and ultra-high purity gas delivery system components using semi-automatic equipment in a cleanroom environment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job travelers to fabricate precision assemblies while inspecting welded units for defects. Set up, align, and operate welding machinery according to established procedures, then complete production documentation and maintain accurate records. Support production schedules by working overtime as needed, ensuring material availability through collaboration with team members. Maintain an organized, clean workspace following 5S principles while adhering to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good vision

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly environment
- Previous orbital TIG welding experience or exposure to precision welding processes is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work from technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and precision instruments
- Detail-oriented with the ability to consistently produce high-quality, repeatable work
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and manufacturing protocols
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed production work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet production deadlines
