ORAT Subject Matter Expert

Lead technical activities across ORAT workstreams including BHS, IT, Above-Wing, Below-Wing, Trials, and Transition. Support the ORAT Functional Lead in the daily coordination and execution of workstream activities. Identify risks and proactively escalate issues to ensure project continuity and success. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to achieve operational readiness of airport facilities. Contribute to the successful integration of systems and processes across the program. Guide, coach, and mentor client and stakeholder teams to build long-term operational capability. Requires extensive experience as an aviation SME (5 to 7 years), with ability to manage ORAT activities and workstreams in complex environments; experience coordinating stakeholders and delivering operational readiness programs for large-scale international airport projects. Expected compensation range: $100,200 - $137,700 USD annually. Hybrid working culture in Canada.
