Job Summary
Conduct telephone inquiries and customer care calls while maintaining accurate records using established sales systems. Greet members and guests promptly to create a friendly entrance, then lead studio previews with prospects or existing program holders. Ensure proper on-boarding of all members through Client Intake Forms and Agreements while responding immediately to inquiries and concerns. Participate in one to two scheduled workouts per week and maintain an organized, clean work environment. Sales associates must attend all relative training programs. Required Qualifications
- Ability to maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
- Ability to conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
- Ability to lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
- Ability to greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile
- Ability to maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Ability to respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
- Ability to ensure proper on-boarding of all OTF members through the use of Client Intake Forms and Agreements
- Ability to attend and participate in all relative OTF training programs
