Job Summary
Post daily clean claims to insurance companies, investigate and resolve rejections to reduce aging reports, and apply necessary adjustments while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Manage account receivables, queue patient statements, and coordinate benefits using practice management software. Submit accurate postings in compliance with industry standards, retrieve EFT payments, and leverage payer websites to maximize collections. Maintain 98% accuracy in insurance billing and documentation while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to support client retention and revenue growth targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years dental insurance billing
- specific to an Oral Surgery practice
- Knowledge of dental terminology

- High School diploma or GED
- some college coursework
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
