Job Summary
Oral Surgery Dental Assistant needed to support surgeons during oral and maxillofacial procedures, including chairside assistance for extractions, implants, and grafting, as well as IV sedation cases. Role involves intraoperative patient monitoring, sterile technique, radiographs and CBCT imaging in PA regulations, accurate charting and documentation, and providing pre-/post-operative instructions. Ensures adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and clinical safety standards while maintaining efficient operatory setup and patient care in a multi-location surgical practice. Requires CPR/BLS certification and experience in a fast-paced surgical environment; preferred experience with IV sedation, radiology certification, DAANCE coursework, and implant/grafting procedures.
Required Qualifications
