Job Summary
Conduct oral and maxillofacial surgeries including general anesthesia, third molar extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, and full-arch procedures in a fully equipped private practice. Manage patient care and collections within a dentist-owned environment featuring an immediate referral base from pediatric and general dentists. Begin with 1–2 clinical days per month and expand volume as demand grows, supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams. This role offers full clinical autonomy and a collections-based compensation model with estimated earnings of $12,000–$20,000+ per day, designed for surgeons seeking supplemental income or strategic long-term growth within a respected private organization.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD and completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
- Nevada license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with general anesthesia, implants, and advanced surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
