Job Summary
Perform a wide scope of surgical procedures including extractions, alveoloplasty, and other dentoalveolar surgeries while providing in-office sedation as credentialed. Collaborate with general dentists and dental assistants to ensure safe patient care, document findings in digital charts, and maintain infection control protocols. Work in modern, fully digitalized clinics serving a steady population of military families, veterans, and federal employees. No after-hours or on-call requirements apply. Requires DMD/DDS, completed residency, board certification, active license, and DEA if prescribing.
Required Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program
- Completed Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency and board certification or eligibility
- Active, unrestricted state dental license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- DEA license (if performing sedation or prescribing medication)
- Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and obtain Real ID for base access
