Job Summary
Oral Surgeon needed to join a growing oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in the greater Phoenix area (Cave Creek/Anthem). Responsibilities include four-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 8 am–6 pm), covering offices in Cave Creek and Anthem with no hospital requirements. Must hold an active Arizona license and have completed an OMS residency (DDS or DMD). Compensation includes $450,000–$525,000 guaranteed first-year salary with percentage of collections, plus bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits (health/vision/dental, STD/LTD, 401K with 3% match, CE allowance, malpractice covered, licenses/dues paid, relocation assistance of $10,000, and potential sign-on discussion).
