Job Summary
Part-Time Oral Surgeon at DOCS Dental performing a wide scope of dentoalveolar procedures (e.g., routine and surgical extractions, alveoloplasty) with in-office sedation as credentialed, within modern fully digital clinics located on Army and Air Force bases nationwide. Collaborate with general dentists and dental assistants, document findings in digital charts, adhere to infection control protocols, and maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced clinical setting. Flexible schedule (2 Saturdays/month, with potential increase), malpractice insurance coverage, and a supportive team environment in a mission-driven organization that serves military families and federal employees.
Required Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program
- Completed Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency and board certification or eligibility
- Active, unrestricted Georgia dental license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- DEA license (if performing sedation or prescribing medication)
- Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and obtain Real ID for base access
