Job Summary
Perform a wide scope of surgical procedures including extractions, alveoloplasty, and other dentoalveolar surgeries while providing in-office sedation as credentialed. Collaborate with general dentists and dental assistants to ensure safe patient care, document clinical findings in digital charts, and follow infection control protocols. Maintain a high standard of care in a fast-paced clinical setting serving military families and federal employees. Work in state-of-the-art facilities with digital radiography and updated surgical equipment. No after-hours or on-call requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program
- Completed Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency and board certification or eligibility
- Active, unrestricted state dental license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- DEA license (if performing sedation or prescribing medication)
- Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and obtain Real ID for base access
