Job Summary
Oral Surgeon needed at Nuvia Dental Implant Center for a 1099 contractor role in Fort Worth, TX. The candidate will perform dental implant surgery including extractions and alveolectomy, collaborate with restorative doctor to plan cases, examine and diagnose patients, and deliver comprehensive treatment plans in a team setting. The position emphasizes efficient care, prosthetic restoration within 24 hours, and a streamlined AOX workflow, with two in-person days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) starting at 7am and potential for additional coverage. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD or equivalent, complete post-graduate oral surgery training, hold an active state license, DEA, ACLS and BLS certifications, malpractice insurance, and have experience with All-on-X procedures. The role is 1099 contractor with no non-compete clauses and a focus on exceptional clinical care and collaboration with restorative colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DDS/DMD) required
- Post-graduate of a U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery
- Unrestricted, active dental license in state of operation
- DEA registration
- Current ACLS AND BLS certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance
- Experience with All-on-X procedure
