Oral Surgeon needed in Watertown, NY to join a surgeon-led oral and maxillofacial practice. Full-scope clinical services include dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, extractions, bone grafting, oral pathology, BMP, PRP/PRF, exposure of impacted teeth, 3D imaging/digital planning, and in-office anesthesia. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with no evenings or weekends. Compensation is tiered on a collections-based model with a guaranteed base salary in year one ($33,333/month minimum or higher collections earnings), plus $2,000/month student loan assistance during year one, negotiable relocation support, $2,500 annual CE allowance, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, four weeks PTO, and robust clinical/administrative support.
