Oral Surgeon opportunity in El Dorado, Arkansas with a growing multi-location dental organization. Join a well-established surgical team on a flexible schedule (Full-Time or Part-Time) with strong clinical support, modern technology, and the potential to build a productive practice. Clinic hours 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; 25–30 patients daily; 3 operatories + 2 exam rooms per location; fully equipped surgical suites with anesthesia and CBCT; Denticon PMS; onsite clinical and administrative support; relocation assistance/signing bonus available. Compensation includes daily guarantee during ramp-up (2,000–3,000 per day) with ramp-up period of 3–6 months and potential transition to percentage of collections; practices averaging $1M–$2M in annual collections.
