Compensation includes $450k-$525k guaranteed first year (plus percentage of collections and bonuses), comprehensive benefits (health, vision, dental, STD/LTD, 401K with match), CE allowance, malpractice paid by employer, relocation assistance of $10,000, and sign-on bonus discussion.
