Job Summary
Conduct oral surgery procedures across multiple Seattle, Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mt. Vernon, Bellingham, and Woodinville locations on a part-time basis. Manage patient assignments on a rotation system while maintaining clinical autonomy based on best practices. Maintain current state dental licensure, DEA, NPI, and CPR certifications. Required Qualifications
- Oral Surgery Residency Certificate
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
