Required Qualifications
- Oral surgeon credentialing (DDS/DMD or equivalent)
- License to practice dentistry/oral surgery in Illinois
- Ability to perform wisdom teeth removal and extractions
- Experience in oral surgery practice preferred
- Sedation coordination or ability to work with CRNA team
