Job Summary
Perform simple and surgical tooth extractions, evaluate patients for treatment options, and deliver safe, compassionate, efficient care. Explain procedures, recovery expectations, and post-operative instructions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Adhere to all OSHA, infection control, and clinical standards to uphold professional experience for every patient. Full-time or part-time Monday through Friday availability with evening and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Dental License
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Comfortable working in a high-volume clinical environment
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience
- Experience performing both routine and surgical extractions
- Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
