Job Summary
Examine, diagnose, and treat a wide spectrum of oral and maxillofacial conditions, including dental implants, third molar removal, and related surgical treatments. Develop and present treatment plans based on clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging while educating patients on procedures and post-operative care. Collaborate closely with referring dentists and in-office clinical teams to maintain the highest standards of surgical excellence. Remain current with evolving technologies and standards of care through continuing education. This role offers full clinical autonomy within a patient-centric environment supporting multiple Baltimore-area offices, with a starting base salary of $400,000 and access to over $4 million in annual referrals.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Certificate for an accredited US Oral Surgery Residency Program
- Active dental license in the state of practice
