Oral Surgeon (DDS/DMD) – Part-Time to Full-Time Growth Opportunity

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities include performing a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures (extractions including impacted third molars, dental implants with bone grafting, exposure and bonding procedures, IV sedation and general anesthesia), evaluating patients, developing treatment plans and obtaining informed consent, collaborating with referring dentists to ensure continuity of care, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, participating in marketing and relationship-building efforts with referral partners during ramp-up, ensuring compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
- Active or eligibility for Idaho dental license
- Active DEA registration
- Permit for administration of IV sedation/general anesthesia in Idaho (or ability to obtain)
- Board certification or board eligibility by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
- Willingness to participate in practice growth and referral development
