Oral Surgeon (DDS/DMD) – Part-Time to Full-Time Growth Opportunity

Job Summary
Perform full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including extractions (incl. impacted third molars), dental implants and bone grafting, exposure and bonding procedures, IV sedation and general anesthesia cases. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, obtain informed consent, and collaborate with referring dentists to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; participate in marketing and relationship-building with referral partners during ramp-up; ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
- Active or eligibility for Idaho dental license
- Active DEA registration
- Permit for administration of IV sedation/general anesthesia in Idaho (or ability to obtain)
- Board certification or board eligibility by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in practice growth and referral development
