Oral Surgeon (DDS/DMD) – Part-Time to Full-Time Growth Opportunity

Job Summary
Ground-floor oral surgery role joining a brand-new Meridian practice opening in fall 2026. Candidate will perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures (extractions, implants, bone grafting, exposure and bonding), manage IV sedation/general anesthesia cases, assess and plan patient care, collaborate with referring dentists, maintain clinical documentation, and contribute to marketing/referral development during ramp-up. Opportunity to shape the practice with support from SALT Dental Partners, a built-in referral network, and a pathway from part-time to full-time, with modern facilities and growth potential.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from accredited dental school
- Completion of accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Active or eligibility for Idaho dental license
- Active DEA registration
- Permit for administration of IV sedation/general anesthesia in Idaho (or ability to obtain)
- Board certification or board eligibility by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in practice growth and referral development
