Job Summary
Deliver advanced surgical care by diagnosing and managing complex oral and maxillofacial cases, performing procedures from implants and wisdom teeth removal to corrective jaw surgeries, and building personalized treatment plans. Lead clinical teams and mentor staff while shaping surgical excellence within a practice offering full administrative support for billing and operations. Work with state-of-the-art facilities equipped for CBCT imaging and IV sedation, supported by a strong referral base. This role offers flexible schedules, a guaranteed $600K first-year salary, and a fast-track to partnership equity after 12 months.
