Job Summary
Board-certified or eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon sought for immediate partnership in a multi-location private group. Guaranteed base salary of $500,000 with collection bonus and no buy-in required. Full-scope practice with heavy emphasis on dental implants (several hundred placements per year) and full-arch cases,Collaborative environment with Key Opinion Leaders in implant surgery and digital workflow. Opportunity for long-term partnership with excellent referral base and trained staff. Must obtain licensure in KS and MO. Leadership and teaching abilities required; strong team player with ability to mentor referrals and educate colleagues. Willingness to stay late/add-on cases and to embrace new advancements in oral surgery. Location: Kansas City, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain licensure in KS and MO
- Must have knowledge of Implant Dentistry, both surgical and prosthetics
- Must have knowledge of Digital Dentistry and the digital workflow
- Must work well with others i.e. surgeons and staff at other offices
- Leadership Skills, willing to mentor and foster relationships with referrals and be a leader within the community
- Teaching Skills, willing and able to give presentations and help educate referrals
- Strong Work Ethic, willing to do add-ons or stay late when necessary
- Willingness to learn new advancements in oral surgery
