Job Summary
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon sought for immediate partnership in a multi-location private group practice. Role offers guaranteed base salary of $500,000 with a collection bonus and immediate partnership with no buy-in. Heavy emphasis on dental implants with potential to place several hundred annually, plus full arch cases. Join a professional, collaborative team with access to Key Opinion Leaders in implant surgery, digital workflow, and a strong referral base. Must be board certified or board eligible, able to obtain KS and MO licensure, and possess knowledge of implant dentistry, digital dentistry, leadership, and teaching. Strong work ethic and ability to work with other surgeons and staff; openness to learning new advancements in oral surgery.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Must be able to obtain licensure in KS and MO
- Knowledge of Implant Dentistry, both surgical and prosthetics
- Knowledge of Digital Dentistry and the digital workflow
- Leadership Skills, mentoring and fostering relationships with referrals
- Teaching Skills, ability to give presentations and educate referrals
- Strong Work Ethic, willingness to add-ons or stay late when necessary
- Work well with surgeons and staff at other offices
- Willing to learn new advancements in oral surgery
