Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon sought to join an established private practice in the Atlanta area with a focus on orthognathic surgery and dental implants. The practice features an in-office surgery center with on-site lab techs, Dolphin software for case planning, a full nursing team, and an in-house concierge for patient care. The role emphasizes orthognathic procedures, major implant cases, full-scope dentoalveolar work, and mentorship/training to grow a personalized practice. Compensation includes a high guaranteed salary, production and signing bonuses, potential equity buy-in, full benefits (malpractice, medical and dental insurance), CE allowance, paid vacation/holidays, and a supportive, non-corporate environment. Locations include Roswell, Brookhaven, and Alpharetta in Georgia, all within the Atlanta metro area.
