Job Summary
Full-scope orthognathic and dental implant surgeon sought to join a fee-for-service private practice serving the Atlanta area. The role involves performing orthognathic surgery, dental implants, and dentoalveolar procedures in an in-house surgery center, with weekly case volume and access to on-site lab technicians. Equipment and capabilities include TMJ arthroscopy, DISE, Dolphin software, full-arch cases, and in-house nursing concierge support to minimize after-hours calls. The practice offers mentorship and opportunities for ownership/ equity buy-in, plus a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice, medical/dental insurance, CE allowance, paid vacation and holidays, and marketing/administrative support to help grow a surgeon’s own practice within an established team.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree and license to practice Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Proven proficiency in orthognathic surgery and dental implant procedures
- Experience with in-house surgical centers, lab integration, and use of planning software (e.g., Dolphin)
- Ability to provide mentorship and participate in practice growth and ownership opportunities
- Strong team collaboration and patient-care focus
