Job Summary
Private practice Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon opportunity in the Atlanta metro area with ownership/partnership track, equity growth, and profit sharing. Join a surgeon-led, non-corporate team at a high-volume, private practice with mentorship and a clear pathway to partnership. Perform full scope OMS including dental implants and full-arch rehabilitation (All-on-X), zygomatic implants, grafting, soft tissue pathology, and sedation-based surgery; optional Level 1 trauma center coverage with additional compensation. Practice locations across 1-2 modern GA offices (Atlanta metro, Smyrna, Cumming, Dawsonville) with a focus on efficiency and patient experience. Requirements include DDS/DMD, BE/BC, and GA licensure or eligibility. Benefits include CME stipend, 3 weeks vacation + holidays, relocation not specified, and opportunities for ownership and leadership in a growing private practice.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC)
- Eligible for or licensed in Georgia
