Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS)

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon needed for a growing private OMS group in the greater Baltimore–Washington, DC metro area. Office-based with optional hospital cases (GBMC), mix of sedation cases, procedures, and consults. Very light call, ~10 patients per day, 70–80% procedures. Bread-and-butter OMS including implants, extractions, pathology, and rehab. High autonomy with strong surgical and administrative support. Compensation up to $800K–$1M+ with a $25K+ sign-on, partnership track, full benefits, malpractice coverage, 401(k) with match, CME, and generous PTO. Multiple locations available with flexibility to work from one or two offices.
