Job Summary
Full-Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon position across Mountain State Oral & Facial Surgery locations in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Virginia. Features include a 33% of collections compensation model with potential earnings between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 per year, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, fully paid medical/dental/vision insurance, life/AD&D policy, disability coverage, CME support, 401k with 4% match, and partnership opportunities. The role utilizes advanced technologies such as 3D scanning and imaging for highly precise surgeries in state-of-the-art facilities. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Requires board-certified or board-eligible OMS, ability to obtain state dental license, sedation permit, and OMSNIC insurance; relocation assistance provided; liability insurance with tail coverage included; offices in WV, KY, and VA.
