Associate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon needed for a well-established, 8-doctor practice in Des Moines, IA, with a partnership track. The role focuses on office-based procedures emphasizing dental implant and augmentation procedures, dentoalveolar surgery, IV anesthesia, pathology, and some limited trauma and orthognathics; new associate could expand scope. Compensation includes an incentive program and comprehensive benefits; minimal hospital/ED call responsibility; practice is 100% partner-owned.
