Job Summary
Associate oral & maxillofacial surgeon to join a busy eight-doctor practice with a defined partnership track. Focus on office-based procedures including dental implant and augmentation procedures, dentoalveolar surgery, IV anesthesia, pathology, and some limited trauma and orthognathics. New associate could expand scope as desired. Des Moines/Ames central Iowa location with excellent compensation, benefits, and work–life balance; very minimal hospital/ED call responsibility. Practice is 100% partner-owned with a strong referral base and growth potential.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE
- single or dual-degree surgeon
- eight-doctor practice
- associate with partnership track
- IOMS focuses on office-based procedures, implants, augmentation, dentoalveolar surgery, IV anesthesia, pathology, limited trauma and orthognathics
