Job Summary
This associate position offers an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established, 8-doctor Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Des Moines/Ames area with a defined partnership track. The role focuses on office-based procedures including dental implant and augmentation procedures, dentoalveolar surgery, I.V. anesthesia, pathology, and some limited trauma and orthognathics, with potential to expand scope as desired. Compensation is competitive with an attractive benefits package, and the practice is 100% partner-owned, providing a strong work/life balance with minimal hospital/ED call responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE
- Board-certified or eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Single or dual-degree surgeon
- Associate with partnership track
- Office-based procedures experience
- I.V. anesthesia competency
- Dentoalveolar surgery experience
