Job Summary
Associate with partnership track sought in a well-established eight-doctor practice serving the Des Moines metro area. The role emphasizes office-based procedures with a focus on dental implant and augmentation procedures, dentoalveolar surgery, IV anesthesia, pathology, and some limited trauma and orthognathics. A new associate could expand scope of practice as desired. Compensation is competitive with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect strong work-life balance with minimal hospital/ED call responsibility. Practice is 100% partner-owned; immediate availability with negotiable start timing. Des Moines-Area opportunities include collaboration within a busy, supportive team and potential growth within an established referral base.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- valid dental and medical licenses to practice as an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in Iowa
- Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery
- ability to perform office-based dental implant and augmentation procedures
- experience with dentoalveolar surgery, IV anesthesia, pathology, and limited trauma/orthognathics
