Associate oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join an eight-doctor practice with a defined partnership track. Role emphasizes dental implant and augmentation procedures, dentoalveolar surgery, IV anesthesia, pathology, and some limited trauma and orthognathics, with potential to expand scope. Practice operates across six facilities, supported by RNs and DAANCE-certified dental assistants; compensation includes incentive program and comprehensive benefits; 100% partner-owned; located in the Des Moines metro area with a focus on work-life balance and minimal hospital/ED call responsibility. Ideal candidate is BC/BE with single or dual degrees, open to partnership track and growing the practice.
