Job Summary
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon sought to join a busy eight-doctor practice in Des Moines, IA, with a defined partnership track. The associate will focus on office-based procedures emphasizing dental implants and augmentation, dentoalveolar surgery, IV anesthesia, pathology, and some limited trauma and orthognathics, with potential to expand scope of practice. Practice operates out of six facilities with strong support staff (RNs, DAANCE-certified dental assistants) and a generous benefits package. Compensation is competitive and includes an incentive program; expected work-life balance with minimal hospital/ED call. The group is 100% partner-owned and available immediately with negotiable start timing.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE in oral and maxillofacial surgery
- board certification or eligibility
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work within a multi-doctor practice
- commitment to partnership track
- office-based surgical experience preferred
