Job Summary
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon sought to join an eight-doctor practice in Des Moines metro area with a well-defined partnership track. The associate will focus on office-based procedures with emphasis on dental implant and augmentation procedures, dentoalveolar surgery, I.V. anesthesia, pathology, and some limited trauma and orthognathics. Practice operates across six state-of-the-art facilities with excellent support staff. Compensation is competitive with an incentive program and comprehensive benefits; very favorable work/life balance with minimal hospital/ED call. IOMS is 100% partner-owned and the position offers immediate availability with negotiable start timing.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Single or dual-degree surgeon

Desired Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (BC/BE)
