Job Summary
Full-time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon sought in the Gastonia/Charlotte metro area. Role offers full-scope OMS practice with autonomy, modern facilities with advanced imaging and anesthesia capabilities, and strong clinical support. Compensation includes a competitive guaranteed base salary plus production bonus, signing and starting bonuses, and an equity/partnership track.
