Job Summary
Full-scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice with autonomy in Gastonia and the Charlotte metro area. Seeking a full-time OMS to join a well-established practice with a robust referral base, modern facilities, advanced imaging and anesthesia capabilities, and strong clinical support. Competitive guaranteed base salary with production bonus, signing/starting bonuses, potential equity/partnership track, and comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for surgeons and dependents. Residency/fellowship stipend available; malpractice coverage, 401(k) with match, and CME allowance.
