Lead the launch of a premier oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Twin Falls, ID, with a starting base salary of $550,000 and partnership available with no buy-in. Provide full-scope OMS care backed by advanced implant workflows, modern surgical resources, and digital technologies. Build and nurture referral relationships, mentor team members, and define culture, standards, and trajectory of a new practice. Enjoy autonomy to shape the clinical program, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and pursue long-term professional fulfillment.
