Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon — Full-Time with sign-on bonus and partnership opportunities. Responsible for performing comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures in state-of-the-art facilities across WV, KY, and VA, using cutting-edge 3D scanning, imaging, and dental technologies to deliver excellent patient care. Offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive compensation (annual compensation based on 33% of collections, with earnings between $1,000,000–$3,000,000/year), fully paid benefits, relocation assistance, and potential equity in the practice. Requires board certification or eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and ability to obtain dental license, sedation permit, and OMSNIC insurance in the assigned state.
