Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Established three-surgeon private oral and maxillofacial surgery practice seeks an associate surgeon to join our team and transition the patient base of a departing partner who currently produces approximately $2.6M annually. Designed to transition into long-term partnership within a high-volume practice with an experienced team and strong referral relationships. Busy dentoalveolar and implant practice with broad scope including third molars, dental implants, bone grafting, IV sedation/anesthesia, pre-prosthetic surgery, and pathology; orthognathic and trauma opportunities available. Approximately 35 clinical hours per week, typically ~4.5 clinical days per week with no hospital call. Two locations with modern operatories; established referral network of ~70 dentists; mentorship and collaboration valued. The position offers a guaranteed base salary of $425,000 with potential to reach $900K-$1M, and partnership eligibility after ~18 months.
